Compression wear should feel close and supportive without restricting breathing or movement. The fabric should sit smoothly against the body; if it digs in, rolls excessively or feels uncomfortable, try one size larger.

Unworn, unwashed and unused items with their original tags and packaging may be eligible under the current RYNO return policy. Contact RYNO with your order number before sending anything back so the team can confirm the available option.

For hygiene reasons, opened or worn base layers and socks may be subject to return restrictions. Review the current return policy before opening the packaging. If an item arrives incorrect or damaged, contact RYNO for support.

Always follow the garment label. For most performance pieces, wash cold with similar colours, turn the garment inside out, use a mild detergent and air-dry. Avoid bleach, fabric softener and high heat to help protect stretch and shape.

Delivery within Cairo takes approximately 3–5 days. Delivery to all other Egyptian governorates takes approximately 5–7 days. Timing begins after your order is confirmed and may vary during holidays or unusually busy periods.
